TECHNOLOGIES
100% UV PROTECTION - The ultraviolet filters in UVEX glasses provide 100% protection for the iris against dangerous UV rays up to 400 nm. This is also the essence of the company name: UV-EX = UltraViolet EXcluded.
SAFETY TESTS - Every UVEX glasses model is carefully checked in the laboratory through special tests. This guarantees high quality, functionality and safety. The data obtained during testing is later used to improve the glasses.
SUPRAVISION - An effective anti-fog coating that does not compromise the optical properties. Special treatment of the lens surface significantly reduces the likelihood of fogging. It increases safety and provides a clear view even in the worst weather conditions. The Supravision protective layer is applied on the inside and does not change the optical properties of the lenses.
ADAPTIVE SOFT NOSE PADS AND SOFT TEMPLE TIPS - Glasses fit well when you do not feel them while wearing. They provide maximum comfort without any feeling of pressure.
EASY TO CLEAN - The lenses have a special coating, so the glasses can be cleaned easily and quickly. In addition, this coating is antistatic - dirt and dust do not build up on the lenses. This ensures maximum visibility even in the most extreme conditions.
IMPACT RESISTANCE - UVEX glasses are tested to the EN ISO 12312-1:2013 standard. Test performed: a 6 mm steel ball weighing 0.86 g is fired at the lenses at 45 m/s (162 km/h). So the glasses, and with them your eyes, are protected against mechanical damage.
STURDY AND SCRATCH RESISTANT - The lenses are made of sturdy polycarbonate, which retains its strength even down to minus 40 °C. A special coating protects the lenses from damage - scratches - without compromising the optical properties, in accordance with the EN ISO 12312-1 standard. Except for lenses with a full mirror coating.
