At least 2 players can take part in the competition. The task is to spin an arrow on a special dial to draw a limb and a field colour, and then reproduce that move on the mat. The game gets harder with each spin, as players must change the position of a hand or foot without falling over or touching the mat with an elbow or knee. Failing to meet these conditions disqualifies the player from further play. The winner is the person who stays correctly on the mat the longest while completing the tasks.
