Light and comfortable
Leupold BX-1 Rogue 8x25 is a compact binocular weighing 360 g, resistant to weather and dirt.
Thanks to Leupold's patented nitrogen-purging technology, the binoculars are fully protected from water and internal fogging.
The barrels are coated with an Armor-coated rubber finish, which protects against scratches and prevents the binoculars from slipping out of your hand. Their slim shape makes them comfortable to use and hold.
A protective nylon case is included for carrying the binoculars.
Inverted porro prism system
The Leupold BX-1 Rogue 8x25 is a binocular with inverted porro-system prisms, which provide a bright, contrasty image, an evenly illuminated exit pupil and smaller dimensions.
Thanks to the widely spaced lenses, the image appears deeper (a 3D effect) and more three-dimensional (compared to similarly priced roof-prism binoculars). The binoculars have a wide field of view of 102 m/1000 m, making it comfortable to watch sporting events or birds in their natural environment.
With a 25 mm objective lens and 8x magnification, these binoculars are an excellent choice for handheld observation.
Thanks to anti-reflective lens coatings and BAK-4 glass, the image remains bright and clear even in poorer lighting conditions, such as heavy cloud cover or twilight.
Image focusing is adjusted using a large central wheel.
The binoculars feature retractable eyecups and diopter adjustment on the right eyepiece, designed to compensate for differences between the right and left eye's vision.
