Technologies
PureGrip Compound - built on an activated silica compound, this technology was developed by Continental's research and development department in Korbach to deliver outstanding grip and cross-country properties. The PureGrip compound ranks just behind the BlackChili compound and is used in performance products for the race and mountain bike segments.
E-25 - Continental's e-bike tires draw on more than 100 years of experience with moped and motorcycle tires. All of its city/trekking tires are rated for a standard speed of at least 25 km/h, while tires marked e50 are also certified for S-Pedelecs. Thanks to their high-quality construction, puncture protection is high and rolling resistance is low, protecting the tire from premature wear caused by the additional driving force.
