The CRX/URB 70 S seatpost shock absorber fully smooths out all minor bumps and small obstacles, and also helps reduce sudden impacts caused by large bumps or big obstacles. This provides a comfortable ride in unfavourable conditions. The forged head and hardened alloy ensure sufficient durability that can withstand the most demanding conditions. Designed mainly for cross-country, trekking and touring rides, it also works perfectly in urban conditions for cyclists weighing 40 - 80 kg. The damping can be adjusted to the rider's preference using the hex bolt located at the bottom of the seatpost. Tightening the bolt makes the post stiffer, making it suitable for heavier riders. Loosening the bolt makes the post softer, making it better suited to lighter riders.
