Cassette SHIMANO Ultegra CS-R8101 | 12-speed
- With the updated CS-R8101 cassette you will shift gears even faster and more smoothly. Even when applying maximum power on climbs or sprinting to the finish, gears can be changed without any hesitation. This is possible thanks to a slightly optimized tooth profile.
- In addition, Shimano uses Hyperglide+ technology, tested in off-road riding. This significantly shortens the time needed for both upshifting and downshifting. It also allows for more consistent pedaling compared to conventional HG systems.
- Despite the new design and the additional 12th sprocket, CS-R8101 cassettes are also compatible with existing 11-speed road freehub bodies.
