ONK ADJUSTABLE ANKLE AND WRIST WEIGHTS HMS
The ONK weights by HMS Fitness are a versatile accessory that allows you to adjust the intensity of your workout by adjusting the weight. There are 5 elements in each weight, which can be freely removed, allowing you to precisely adjust the load to your individual needs.
Comfortable material
The ONK weights are made of high-quality neoprene, which ensures comfort even during prolonged use. The soft and pleasant-to-touch material is also resistant to damage and wear, making the weights durable and ideal for intense exercise. The neoprene adheres perfectly to the skin, minimising the risk of slipping during movement.
Iron sand for greater precision
The filling of the weights is iron sand, which distributes evenly and guarantees stability during exercise. Thanks to the ability to adjust the weight by removing the individual pieces, the user has full control over the load, allowing the intensity of the workout to gradually increase. This is perfect for people at any level of fitness.
Comfortable fastening
ONK are equipped with a sturdy velcro strap that allows the weights to be fastened quickly and securely on the ankles or wrists. The strong fastening ensures that the weights stay in place throughout your workout for comfort and security. With a strong strap and the ability to personalise the weights, ONK are a versatile training tool, ideal for a variety of activities.
