AS008M AEROBIC AND BALANCE STEP HMS
The AS008M is an innovative step that combines classic aerobic training with balance and stability exercises. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the step is a versatile training tool that is perfect for home use.
Two-step adjustment – flexibility in every movement
The step has two-step height adjustment, allowing you to adjust the intensity of your workout to your current level of fitness or specific exercise. The lower setting is ideal for warm-ups or rehabilitation exercises, while the higher setting is perfect for more dynamic and intense cardio workouts.
Balance function – more than a classic step
What sets the AS008M apart are the special balance pads that can be easily attached to the platform. These give the step an unstable surface that activates deep muscles, improves coordination and develops balance. It is the perfect solution for those who want to add new stimuli to their workouts and increase the effectiveness of functional training.
Safety during every exercise
The platform is covered with a non-slip surface that provides secure footing even during intense movements. The AS008M offers confidence in both classic and balancing exercises, allowing the user to train with full commitment.
