Single Exercise Wheel Hms Wa07

WA07 HMS is a roller used for upper body workout. Its high quality and proven design will satisfy even the most demanding users. The exercise roller has large and ergonomic rubber covered handles preventing hands from slipping. The roller engages virtually the entire body. In addition to the rectus abdominis, deep and oblique muscles are involved. Going up, the widest dorsal muscle is also stimulated, as well as the larger, smaller and dorsal round muscles. In addition, the shoulder muscles - shoulder and triceps – are also engaged in work. In turn, a tight base in the knee is secured by tense thigh muscles, i.e. the quadriceps and buttocks - the great gluteus. Many applications can be found for the WA07 HMS exercise roller. In addition to typical gymnastic workout, it also works well in the therapy of persons with various types of mobility problems. We recommend it to all those who want to take care of their shape at home or in the gym.
