You can switch the display on by shortly pressing the “T” button, and then switch it off by long-pressing the “C” button. By long-pressing the left button, you can also switch between the workout modes; you get to set the mode’s target value immediately after pressing the button. If you don’t set the target value immediately after selecting the mode, press the right “C” button and then select the target value.
