Описание

A rod Ø 30 mm made of glued beech wood, internally reinforced with a steel rod. Movable arms make it possible to adjust the height and distance of the bar from the ladder (arm length L1 - 1000 mm, L2 - 740 mm). It can be hung on a gymnastic ladder 90 cm wide, rungs up to 32 mm thick and 42 mm high, and any spacing. The maximum distance of the bar from the ladder rung - when the bar is positioned horizontally in relation to the rung on which the upper arm is mounted, is approximately 750 mm. The device is intended for general development, correction and rehabilitation exercises that strengthen the muscles of the shoulder girdle, abdominal muscles and stretching the inter-joint gaps.

It meets the requirements of the PN-EN 913 standard.  It has a certificate of conformity.
