Precise fit and efficiency
We get it. For some snowboarders, classic two-strap bindings are simply irreplaceable. It is proven technology that we refine every year. The "Kaon Plus" is our most advanced iteration - an aggressive all-mountain model with the extra support you need to power through snow drifts, hard pack or drop into the park. Our improved "Meson Pro" highback and "Exo-Kush Hybrid" ankle strap hug the boot perfectly for unmatched comfort and sensitivity.
Key features
- The curved edges on the "Kaon Plus" baseplate help the board flex naturally - perfect for butters, presses and loading ollies.
- The "Hexo Toecap" strap features an AuxTech® 3D flex that expands evenly over your boot for top-level comfort.
- The two-layer "Kaon Plus" ankle strap construction spreads pressure across the whole foot and transfers energy quickly edge to edge. It is a precise, comfortable hold for turns and tricks.
Base - Nylon + Axis Kush Unibase
30% fiberglass, 70% nylon. The "Axis Kush Unibase" is used in our classic two-strap line and features a canted "BankBed" base and a fixed heel cup that pairs perfectly with "Nidecker" boots. It is a solid platform made from glass-filled nylon, delivering shock absorption and reliable response. The asymmetric construction includes off-axis "PowerBeams" for optimal edge-to-edge energy transfer, while the convex edges help maintain the board's natural flex.
Highback - Nylon Meson Pro
100% nylon. The new "Meson Pro" is an improved version of the standard "Meson", offering even more support and energy transfer on the heel side. Its asymmetric design conforms to the contours of your boot for exceptional comfort and precise edge control.
Strap - Exo-Kush Hybrid
A two-layer strap that combines freestyle comfort with versatile response. A comfortable EVA layer is bonded to a durable exoskeleton made of pressed TPU. The hybrid construction joins the toe and ankle sections for quick entry using our legendary "Flow Design" system, and delivers the classic feel of a regular two-strap binding - with plenty of freedom to land your tricks.
Toe strap - Hexo
The "Hexo Toecap" strap features an AuxTech® 3D flex pattern that expands evenly across the whole boot for top-level comfort.
Buckles - Aluminium Axion Ratchet
The tried and tested "Axion Ratchet" design is a machined aluminium lever that is smooth as butter. Getting your straps on and off is easy.
Multi-Disk (4 hp + 3 hp + Channel)
Our standard "Offset Multi-Disk" mounts on 4x4, 4x2, 3HP and M6 Channel - with no extra disk needed. The hole patterns are offset from center to let you adjust stance or foot width.
BankBeds
We design our footbeds with a 2.5° canted contact surface to optimally align ankles and knees and transfer energy efficiently.
Quick-setup buckles
Adjust the straps on the medial side to fit your boot and stay centered. The tool-free quick-setup locks are simple and secure, and the numbers on the strap help you quickly dial in your settings.
