The Tecnica Mach1 MV 120 is a high-quality ski boot for advanced and experienced skiers with medium-volume feet who want a comfortable yet precise fit and a high level of individual customization. Built on the core principles of ski boot construction, the MV 120 features T-Drive technology, which lets the boot perform far more efficiently. Thanks to C.A.S. technology, the anatomically shaped shell and liner deliver an excellent fit straight out of the box, while still allowing the boots to be fully customized to your needs when required.
- Boot stiffness index: 120
- Liner type: PERFORMANCE - C.A.S. - C.A.S. Foot Arch - Celliant® - Floating Tongue
- Internal boot width: 100 mm
- Buckles: 4 aluminium buckles with micro-adjustment and Lift Lock system
- Strap width: 45 mm
The C.A.S. Shell anatomical shape matches the shape of the foot, allowing a better fit from the very start. Recesses in the shell reduce surface tension and make heating easier, so the boots are simpler to customize. The shell holds its new shape better and for longer.
SHELL FEATURES
- Anatomical and precise shape
- Easier and faster thermal molding
- Easy customization
SHELL CUSTOMIZATION ON REQUEST
- Perforation (volume increase) - only using the Tecnica C.A.S. Pro tool system
C.A.S. Liner
C.A.S. revolutionized the molding and fitting of ski boots. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and hold the heel exceptionally well. The inner part is shaped to match the foot, while the outer part matches and adapts to the shell. The dual-density microcell material is durable and easy to customize. C.A.S. liners are less prone to packing out, so they stay fitting longer.
FEATURES
- Anatomical and precise shape
- Dual-density pre-thermoformed microcell material
- Excellent fit from the first use
- Greater sensitivity
CUSTOMIZATION
- Thermoforming - liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 min.
- Perforation (volume increase) - the material can be heated and perforated in problem fit areas.

- Fit kit (volume reduction) - pre-shaped C.A.S. Fit Kit parts can be glued in to reduce liner volume.
FROM OLD TO NEW
The ability to obtain regenerated materials with consistent, known mechanical properties will allow them to be used more widely in the production of new ski boots.
