The Tecnica Mach1 MV 110 is a high-quality ski boot designed for advanced and experienced skiers with medium-volume feet who are looking for a comfortable yet precise fit and a high level of individual customization. Built on the fundamental principles of ski boot construction, the MV 110 features T-Drive technology, which allows the boot to perform far more efficiently. Thanks to C.A.S. technology, the anatomically shaped shell and liner ensure an excellent fit straight out of the box, while still allowing the boots to be fully customized to your needs when required.

The C.A.S. Shell anatomical shape matches the shape of the foot. This allows for better adaptation right from the start. Recesses in the shell reduce surface tension and make heating easier, so the boots are simpler to customize individually. The shell holds its new shape better and for longer.

C.A.S. Liner
C.A.S. revolutionized the molding and customization of ski boots. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and provide excellent heel hold. The inner part is shaped to match the foot, while the outer part conforms and adapts to the shell shape. The dual-density micro-element material is durable and easy to customize. C.A.S. liners are less prone to packing out, so they stay fit for longer.

CUSTOMIZATION
- THERMOFORMING - liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 min.
- PERFORATION (VOLUME INCREASE) - the material can be heated and perforated in problem fit areas.
- GRINDING (VOLUME INCREASE) - the Microcell material can be easily ground down by up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
- FIT KIT (REDUCE VOLUME) - to reduce liner volume, pre-formed C.A.S. Fit Kit parts can be glued in.
FROM OLD TO NEW
The availability of regenerated materials with uniform and known mechanical properties will allow them to be used more widely in the production of new ski boots.
