The C.A.S. Shell anatomical shape matches the form of the foot, allowing a better fit from the very start. Recesses in the shell reduce surface tension and make heating easier, so the boots are simpler to customize individually. The shell holds its new shape better and for longer.

C.A.S. LINER
C.A.S. revolutionized the fitting and moulding of ski boots. The liner is anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and excellent heel hold. The inner part is shaped to match the form of the foot, while the outer part matches and adapts to the shape of the shell. The dual-density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. C.A.S. liners are less prone to deformation, so they stay comfortable longer.

LINER CUSTOMIZATION
- Thermoforming - liner in the oven: 80°C / 176°F for 8 min.
- Punching (volume increase) - the micro-cell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
- Grinding (volume increase) - the Microcell material can be easily ground down by up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
- Fit kit (volume reduction) - glue the pre-formed C.A.S. Fit Kit parts to reduce liner volume.
