The Tecnica Mach1 HV 110 TD is designed for advanced skiers who need more volume for the foot and want boots that are firm yet forgiving. The 110 flex is supported by the Asymmetrical Power Transmission shell and cuff construction, which delivers precision and control for skiers. Fit is the top priority of the Tecnica Mach1 HV 110 TD, and Custom Adaptive Shape (C.A.S.) technology is the way to achieve it.
- Boot flex index: 110
- Liner type: PERFORMANCE - C.A.S. - C.A.S. Foot Arch - Celliant® - Floating Tongue
- Boot last width: 103 mm
- Buckles: 4 aluminium buckles with micro-adjustment and Lift Lock system
- Strap width: 45 mm
The C.A.S. Shell anatomical shape matches the shape of the foot. This allows a better fit right from the start. Recesses in the shell reduce surface tension and make heating easier, so the boots are simpler to customise. The shell holds its new shape better and for longer.
Shell features
- Anatomical and precise shape
- Easier and faster thermal moulding
- Easy customisation
Shell customisation to customer requirements
- Punching (volume increase) - only using the Tecnica C.A.S. Pro tool system
C.A.S. Liner
C.A.S. revolutionised the moulding and fitting of ski boots. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and hold the heel perfectly. The inner part is shaped to match the foot, while the outer part matches and adapts to the shell shape. The dual-density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customise. C.A.S. liners are less prone to packing out, so they stay fit for use longer.
Features
- Anatomical and precise shape
- Pre-thermoformed dual-density micro-cell material
- Fits perfectly from the very first use
- Greater sensitivity
Customisation
- Thermoforming - liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 min.
- Punching (volume increase) - the material can be heated and punched at problematic fit areas.
- Grinding (volume increase) - the Microcell material can be easily ground up to 2 mm at problematic fit areas.
- Fit kit (reduce volume) - pre-formed C.A.S. Fit Kit parts can be glued in to reduce liner volume.
From old to new
The ability to source regenerated materials with uniform, known mechanical properties will allow their wider use in the manufacture of new ski boots.
