A pleasantly thin, four-way stretch, soft and warm helmet hood made of technical fleece. It can also be worn as a tube scarf. Ideal for active sports in cold weather, such as skiing, cycling or downhill skiing.
The Thermonet Hinged balaclava is knitted to shape using dense, warm Primaloft fleece fibre. The result is a lightweight, well-fitting helmet hood that warms, protects from the wind and efficiently wicks moisture away from the skin. The flat seams do not press or chafe. The lower part is easy to move under the chin, and there is a hidden hole at the neck for a ponytail.
Thermonet® is a material developed by Buff® that combines insulating Primaloft with recycled polyester fibre to move moisture away from the skin. The result is a light, warm and breathable material. More than half of the fabric is recycled material made from plastic bottles - one recycled plastic bottle is used to make each helmet hood.
