Thermonet Balaclava for Kids, Made from Recycled Material
A pleasantly thin, four-way stretch, soft and warm helmet hood made of technical fleece. It can also be worn as a tube scarf. Ideal for active use in cold weather, such as skiing, cycling or downhill skiing. Designed for children aged 4–12.
The Thermonet balaclava is knitted to shape using dense, warm Primaloft fleece fibre. The result is a lightweight, well-fitting helmet hood that keeps you warm, protects from wind and effectively wicks moisture away from the skin. Flat seams do not press or chafe the skin. Laser-cut holes at the mouth make breathing easier. A hidden opening at the neck lets a ponytail through.
Over half of the Thermonet fabric is recycled material made from plastic bottles. One recycled plastic bottle is used to make each helmet hood.
Made in the brand's own factory in Spain, which holds B Corp certification — awarded to companies that operate in an ecologically and socially sustainable way for the benefit of employees, customers, the environment and society. The factory also holds the ISO 14001 environmental certificate and the SGE 21 certificate for ethical and social responsibility. The electricity used in production is generated from renewable natural resources.
