Ball facilitation, or ball massage, is a technique developed by the Czech physiotherapist Zdena Jebava. Massage and therapy with foam balls helps asthmatic children in particular to manage their condition. It is also suitable for relaxing the muscles of the back and chest in cases of poor posture, problems with the paranasal sinuses, and similar issues.
