The large balance board can be combined with the rollholz Pro included in the set, the mini roller, and the rollholz massage balls Ø 10 cm and Ø 7 cm.
The special feature of our large balance board is the three carved-out holes in the middle of the board. Combined with the massage ball Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm, this optimally trains the ankle joint in all directions of movement, for example. Thanks to the two different sizes of the rollholz massage balls, training variety and fun can be increased even further!
The small balance board also guarantees plenty of variety and effective balance and functional strength training thanks to its innovative central cut-out and the hole worked into it. The balance board can be combined with the rollholz mini roller or the massage balls Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm.
When put together, the small and large balance board turn into a high-quality, aesthetic and practical piece of furniture that invites you to take a little time-out.
To protect the products and floor surfaces, we recommend using a mat, such as our rollholz yoga mat.
