HG PRO is set of round rubber dumbbells. Training with dumbbells engages more muscles and thus, it provides better results. When exercising with HG PRO you are forced to use the stabilizing muscles and in case of certain exercises - the deep muscles. Their shape enables very wide range of motion and the profiled, precisely knurled handle prevents hands from slipping. This assures a secure grip during the entire workout. Rubber coating of the dumbbells reduces noise and risk of damage to the floor during an impact. HG PRO are available in many weight versions. Therefore, they are an ideal solution for those, who are just beginning their adventure with the strength training and for those, who are more advanced.
