The Newton Fitness OHB-32 Open Hex Bar is an Olympic Hex Bar that is open on one side; this makes it easy to get in and out of the Olympic Hex Bar. Like other Hex Bars, the Newton Fitness OHB-32 Open Hex Bar is great for exercises such as Deadlifts and Shrugs, but also for other exercises such as Rows thanks to the open side.

In addition, you do not have to lift the Newton Fitness OHB-32 from the floor to place discs on it, thanks to the two legs of the Open Hex Bar and the extra handle for lifting. Rest the Newton Fitness OHB-32 on the two legs and you have both hands free to place or remove weight plates.
